"Definitely worth using the Sheraton's Mercedes pick-up service from the airport, as their man breezed us through customs\\passpoet control, took us to no-wait lines and escorted us all the way to the very nice car right out front, so no waiting, delay or hassle coming off an overnight flight 👍 People on our boat were stood up by 4.9 rated Viator pickup that never showed up and cost them hours at the airport. 🙄 Room was excellent, prices very reasonable to just eat in the hotel that was upscale and safe, with security protocols to make it a welcome place to stay. We would definitely stay there again. ✅"

"Such a wonderful hotel, considerate staff, welcoming hosts, overall 10/10\. The owner Ahmed was such a delight, very attentive to our needs and made sure that we had a wonderful and comfortable stay. The rooms are very clean, the breakfast has a great selection and the location is at an amazing place. What was stunning was the views from the roof of the hotel, the ambience was just the best. I would like to thank Ahmed and the entire staff for being the best. Also, Ahmed does the best tours of Egypt. This hotel is highly, highly recommended. I wish I could just live there at this point. "
